Making Girls Strong and Advocating Women

Although women often perform better in school and during subsequent studies, higher positions are still more frequently filled by men than by women today. For many women, the key problem remains the balance between their family and their career.

Judith Zybell is the equal opportunity officer for the municipality of Brüggen and your contact for all matters related to the equal treatment of women and men.

As the equal opportunity officer, Judith Zybell is available to all  municipal residents with advice and support. Please contact her if you have questions on topics such as:

  • Separation, divorce
  • Sexual abuse or harassment
  • Violence
  • Vocational reorientation and re-entry into the workforce
  • Career / family balance

Equal Opportunity: Promotion, Exchange and Culture

  • Regular WenDo courses (self-defence and self-assertion for girls)
